(10.1) Requirement:
(10.1.1)
The OBD II system shall monitor the thermostat on vehicles so-equipped for proper operation.
(10.1.2)
The OBD II system shall monitor the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor for circuit continuity, out-of-range values, and rationality faults.
